Problem

Many organizations face challenges in their recruitment process, such as inefficient screening processes, inconsistent candidate evaluation, time-consuming workflows, and poor candidate experience. These issues can lead to missed hiring opportunities, increased costs, and a negative impact on an organization's reputation. An ATS aims to solve these problems by streamlining and automating the recruitment process, providing a centralized platform for managing candidate data, facilitatingcommunication with candidates, and improving the candidate experience.

Understanding the user

Human resources:
Ensuring that the hiring process is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations can be a challenge, and failure to do so can result in legal issues.

Keeping hiring managers and candidates informed throughout the process can be difficult, and there is a risk of miscommunication or confusion.

With multiple candidates at different stages of the hiring process, it can be difficult to keep track of where everyone is and what needs to be done next.

Hiring manager:
The hiring manager too often times feel like candidates are pushed upon them by people who are out of touch with the reality of the job.
Keeping hiring managers and candidates informed throughout the process can be difficult, and there is a risk of miscommunication or confusion.

Sifting through resumes and cover letters can take a significant amount of time, and it can be difficult to find candidates who have the right combination of skills and experience.
